In Nov 2019 Stoneweek was awarded the supply of benchtops and vanity tops contract to deliver the Balmoral Quay Geelong Stage 2 project.
Balmoral Quay is located at 43 Liverpool Street, Rippleside and has an approximate land area of 22,000m2.

Creating a luxurious, minimalist escape, the Balmoral Quay Geelong Stage 2 project is our Project Of The Year for 2019. The site is situated on flat reclaimed coastal land at the toe of a broadly linear escarpment fronting Corio Bay and adjacent to Rippleside Park.
Stoneweek was engaged to deliver benchtops and vanity tops for Stage 2 of this project which consisted of 14 boutique townhouses and 9 apartments.

Featuring the White Macaubas Quartzite from Stoneweek, the Balmoral Quay Geelong Stage 2 project truly is one of a kind. With the architecture crafted by Kane Constructions, these waterfront townhouses combine aspects of contemporary architecture and minimalist interiors whilst creating a truly tranquil space.
Perfectly synergizing with the white base tones and black finishings, White Macaubas Quartzite is ideal for creating a breath-taking greyscale or neutral palette.

Aside from the stunning beauty of this project, the stonework is truly nothing less than exceptional. Crafted by Stoneweek, this project features very intricate fluting in the Natural Stone, as well as, the mitered edging on all the benchtops.
Throughout this project, Stoneweek worked tirelessly with our client to make the Balmoral Quay Geelong Stage 2 vision a reality.
